By using AMZ Review Optimizer (the app, the service), you agree to the following terms.
1. Description of Service AMZ Review Optimizer automates the sending of review request messages to buyers on eligible Amazon orders, using the Amazon Selling Partner API, on behalf of Amazon sellers who connect their account.
2. Eligibility You must be an authorized user of an active Amazon Seller Central account to use this service. You are responsible for ensuring your use of this service complies with the Amazon Selling Partner Agreement and all applicable Amazon policies, including those governing buyer solicitation and review requests.
3. Subscription and Billing The service is offered on a subscription basis at the price displayed at sign-up. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
4. Your Responsibilities You are responsible for the accuracy of any settings you configure, and for promptly disconnecting your Amazon account if you no longer wish the service to act on your behalf. 5. Service Availability We aim to keep the service running reliably but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We are not liable for missed review requests due to downtime, Amazon API changes, or factors outside our control.
6. Amazon Policy Compliance Amazon policies on buyer solicitation and review requests may change. We aim to keep the service compliant, but you remain responsible for your own account standing with Amazon.
7. Limitation of Liability The service is provided as is without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to lost sales, suspended seller privileges, or data loss.
8. Termination We may suspend or terminate access to the service for any account found to be misusing it or violating Amazon policies. You may terminate your use of the service at any time by cancelling your subscription.
9. Changes to These Terms We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
