AMZ Review Optimizer (we, our, the app) provides an automated review request service for Amazon sellers using the Amazon Selling Partner API (SP-API).
Information We Collect When you connect your Amazon seller account, we receive and store: - Your Amazon Seller ID - An SP-API refresh token, which allows us to act on your behalf - Order information relevant to buyer solicitation (order IDs, order dates, delivery status, and buyer contact permissions as provided by Amazon)
How We Use This Information We use this information solely to: - Identify orders eligible for a review request under Amazon policies - Send automated review request messages to buyers via the Amazon Buyer-Seller Messaging system, on your behalf - Operate your account settings and dashboard within the app
We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties, except as required to operate the service (such as our hosting provider) or as required by law.
